Clients are kept fully informed throughout.

  • Potential client enquiry stimulates initial contact with AMR consultant.
  • AMR fees discussed, AMR “Terms of Business” sent to client, together with AMR “Vacancy Specification Form”.
  • Client returns signed Terms of Business and completed Vacancy Specification Form.
  • Client vacancy uploaded to AMR database immediately and automatically appears on AMR website as well as, other national and subscribed recruitment websites. Advertisement in Estate Agency/Property/Financial Services trade journals considered.
  • AMR consultant undertakes vacancy to candidate matching process.
  • AMR consultant speaks with potential candidates and prepares suitable shortlist.
  • AMR consultant discusses suitability of candidates with client.
  • AMR consultant sends shortlist of candidates CV’s to client.
  • AMR consultant co-ordinates and arranges interviews between candidates and client.
  • Following interview AMR consultant obtains feed back from candidate and reports to client. (If unsuccessful back to step 5).
  • SUCCESSFUL – client makes job offer to candidate via AMR consultant, package and start date agreed.
  • Candidate resigns current role (if applicable) and commences employment.
  • AMR invoice tendered to client.
