Candidates are kept fully informed throughout.
- Candidate enquiry stimulates initial contact with AMR consultant.
- Potential candidate submits curriculum vitae (CV) to AMR consultant.
- CV received and a meeting with AMR consultant arranged.
- Candidate completes and signs AMR application form.
- During meeting, plan of action agreed between AMR consultant and
candidate.
- AMR consultant undertakes candidate to vacancy matching process and also matches candidate with “client companies” considered suitable for candidates’
requirements, but where no “open vacancy” exists.
- AMR consultant liaises with candidate on appropriate, vacancies
and/or opportunities, with suitable matches being agreed.
- AMR version of candidate CV submitted to matched client with
“vacancies and/or opportunities”.
- AMR consultant liaises with clients to arrange suitable interviews.
- Following interviews AMR consultant obtains feed back from candidate
and client. (If unsuccessful returns to step 5)
- SUCCESSFUL. Job offer made via AMR consultant, package and start date agreed.
- Candidate resigns current role (if applicable) and commences employment.
