We believe that “the Interview” is one of the most important parts of the recruitment process; therefore we strongly recommend that all of our candidates read these notes and prepare their interview around the hints and tips contained therein.

Every interview is unique, but will usually fall into 2 categories; a conventional interview or a competency based interview.
